True North Networks provides IT Support, such as technical helpdesk support, computer support, and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. It's always been their goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector, with small business prices. Their experience has allowed them to build and develop the infrastructure needed to keep prices affordable and their clients up and running. Steven started the company on April 1, 2002 originally as WAN Strategies. Initially he had a partner, however as the company struggled early on to survive, he ended up buying out his partner in hopes he could turn the company around. They originally started out becoming experts in SSL VPN technology at the time, which was leading edge during those years as something to differentiate themselves from the competition. It took a few years to begin to see the fruits of their labor. Eventually in 2007, for better name recognition (and a Rotary dare!), Steven decided to change the name of the company to True North Networks. He has well over 25 years in finance and technology fields and the company has clients spread out across the United States. He enjoys coming to work each day as he has an incredible team that works extremely well together to provide amazing support to their customers.
